Valor Power Vinyasa

Get ready to sweat and transform in our signature 60-minute, heated Power Vinyasa Yoga class. You will be guided through an experience that connects you to your power–physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. 

You will be led in a rigorous, sweaty, energetic practice grounded in breath, mindfulness, and the ancient teachings of yoga, set to an intentionally curated playlist that connects you to a whole new state of being. Through these practices, you will gain strength, endurance, mobility, and longevity while impacting your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Our classes and teachers celebrate all variations and customizations of the practice to meet you where you are and support you in what serves you best today. Come as you are, not as you should be, and get ready to feel your best.

Combine the benefits and empowerment of weight training with the mindfulness and fluidity of our Valor Power Vinyasa Yoga classes, creating a sweaty, high-intensity experience that will help you get stronger in every way.

We will move through a sweaty practice incorporating flow, hand weights, and interval training designed to strengthen every major muscle group all while connecting you to a state of body, mind, and spirit that leave you feeling, whole, strong, and free. 

Like our Valor Power Vinyasa classes, you can expect to be challenged yet supported and met exactly as you are with resources to customize your practice for you.

The best thing you can do for your body in every capacity! Sweat and transform under our near-infrared lights in our signature 60-minute, heated Power Vinyasa Yoga class.

After you strengthen, sweat, detoxify, and transform your body with the heat, you can take your vitality to the next level with the intense contrast of an ice bath. The ice awakens every cell, sharpens your mind, and leaves you grounded, vibrant, and fully alive. Change your body, your mind, and your life with this signature Valor experience!

Immerse yourself in a transformative experience with our “Slow and Grounded Power w/ Sound Journey” class. This dynamic practice is thoughtfully designed to blend strength, balance, and alignment, guiding you to unlock your body’s full potential.

Building on the principles of our signature power vinyasa practice, this class begins at a deliberate pace, allowing you to cultivate awareness and connection to your breath. As you journey through each pose, emphasis is placed on the grounding aspects that anchor your practice, enabling you to feel a profound sense of stability and presence.

Throughout the session, you will be encouraged to challenge yourself physically while enjoying the luxury of extended time to thoughtfully enter and exit poses. 

As you conclude, the integration of a sound journey enriches the experience, soothing your senses and enhancing relaxation. Join us to experience a class that nurtures your body and mind, leaving you rejuvenated and centered.

Movement + Restoration

Valor Sunday Reset with Sound Journey

Experience deep restoration and a brand new beginning with this serene and rejuvenating experience curated by Farida and Michael. The two blend the calming effects on the nervous system of restorative yoga with the transformative power of sound healing.

This monthly 90-minute class invites you to unwind, releasing stress and tension while nurturing your whole being. 

In a restorative practice, expect to hold 5-8 poses in supine positions, supported by props, allowing you to fully relax.
